# Critical error on page with WPDataTable shortcode

 * Hello,
 * I’ve just installed the pro version of WPDataTables but I’m now receiving the
   following message on the page which has a shortcode for the table:
 * There has been a critical error on this website.
 * [Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/)
 * This message is visible only on this page but also presents itself when I try
   to open one of my existing tables within the ‘Browse Tables’ area of the WPDataTables
   plugin within WordPress. I have tried increasing the memory within cPanel for
   the PHP and config files but to no avail.
 * Please can you help?
