    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Happy Elementor Addons.

First, visit your website (https://lunarregistry.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://lunarregistry.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=happy-addons) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://lunarregistry.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=Hppy4ZcI3Viuqw87D7TA43LAqv1ge0&rm_key=QbCK0LBXnlJu2SKHKityh

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.1.1
Active theme: Ember Pro Moon Child (version 2.0.6.1631057659)
Current plugin: Happy Elementor Addons (version 3.8.2)
    PHP version 7.4.33

    Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 136 of the file /httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/happy-elementor-addons/base/widget-base.php. Error message: Access level to Happy_Addons\Elementor\Widget\Base::add_inline_editing_attributes() must be public (as in class Elementor\Widget_Base)

    There’s the problem.

    What’s the fix?

PHP version 7.4.33 has been updated to 8.1 – still same error.

I had been running Elementor Dev (Version 1.1.1) but deactivated it. I am running Elementor Pro (Version 3.11.0-beta3).

Do I need to edit this myself?

    Hi @varsitysports,

I hope you are doing well.

Please check that you are using the latest version of Elementor Free and Pro version. Please use the production version, not the beta version. The beta version is still under fixing.

On the other hand, You should update the Happy Elementor Addons Free and Pro(if you are using them) to the latest version. If this issue is occurring while the HappyAddons Pro is activated, please delete the pro version from your site but not the Free one and redownload and reinstall the plugin. I hope this will fix the issue.

Note: Please clear your browser cache or use a different browser in order to troubleshoot properly.

    HappyAddons Pro Changelog: https://happyaddons.com/changelog/

    Let us know the update.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Thank you for your reply. We’re running the latest versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro, as well as Happy Addons.

    Screenshot:

    https://lunarregistry.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/elementor-plugin.png

The straight version of Elementor is 3.12.0-dev4

The Pro version of Elementor is Version 3.11.0-beta3

Those aren’t the “Dev” or “Beta” versions – those are the current downloads from Elementor.

I have NONE of the Beta, Dev or Advanced features activated in Elementor.

I have cleared the cache probably 8,000 times over the past three days.

So, to be clear, when I get this message:

    Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 136 of the file wp-content/plugins/happy-elementor-addons/base/widget-base.php.

Error message: Access level to Happy_Addons\Elementor\Widget\Base::add_inline_editing_attributes() must be public (as in class Elementor\Widget_Base)

…it looks to me like a problem in the Happy Addons code – but you’re saying it’s because the versions of Elementor I’m running are wrong?

    I appreciate your help!

    Hello,

I also have the above problem since the update of happyaddons on February 7 or 8.

All my Elementor sites that use happyaddons are crashing.

I have this message : “Fatal error: Access level to Happy_Addons\Elementor\Widget\Base::add_inline_editing_attributes() must be public (as in class Elementor\Widget_Base) in /home/customer/www/”mywebsite domain”/public_html/wp-content/plugins/happy-elementor-addons/base/widget-base.php on line 136

Thank you in advance for your help as this is very confusing.
