Critical Error occurred (Intermittent issue)

    I am seeing intermittent Critical error page when updating the order status or when someone places an order. Completely random. Here is the possible issue

    • Error Level: E_ERROR

    Thanks, our techs will try to reproduce it on our side. Meanwhile, you can disable notifications to make the error message disappear.

    thank you. I have kept the notification for new orders only and instances seem to have reduced, but i still one instance per day. Will try disabling all notifications

    Hi there, getting back with the response to your request.

    Our connector module automatically sends notifications after editing or creating an order, using the default functionality of WordPress.

    The error you are facing does not occur on the side of the connector, but on the side of the default functionality – we tested its work on test stores and could not reproduce the issue.

    If you have custom order statuses or some order customization plugins – this can be a reason of the error message, as the application is intended to work with default shopping cart functionality.

    We can recommend to disable notifications to get rid of the error message.

    I do have custom order status. I will disable all notifications and check.
