# Critical Error, No Admin Email

 * We encountered a critical error and my admin (I am an editor only) did not receive
   an email with a recovery link. In fact, she has not been getting any emails from
   WordPress. We can only edit two pages out of the 20+ that we have. Everything
   is still visible to the public. What do we do? (My admin’s email address is _[
   email deleted, please never post that here ]_ ). Thank you.

 * Then you’ll need to figure out _exactly _what the problem is. The reason for 
   the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting
   area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.
 * Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is

   also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file
   accordingly.

   top of GoDaddy, and we were able to call GoDaddy and restore the site to how 
   it was yesterday before the error occurred. My issue is, this started because
   I posted a Calendly link (now deleted) into the site’s separate Events calendar
   for upcoming events, and it caused the Blind and Low Vision Support Group page
   to link to an event from April, which is obviously not right.

 * I can access the link you provided without any problems, so I’m not sure what
   the specific error is. Based on what you’ve described, it seems to be an issue
   with the “The Events Calendar” plugin you’re using. In that case, I’d recommend

 * For the calendar issue it would help to explain which link you click and where
   you expected it to go. A page opening normally does not necessarily mean it is
   showing the right event
 * When posting in The Events Calendar support forum as threadi suggested include
   those steps and a screenshot showing the wrong date or link. The timing alone
   does not confirm that adding the Calendly link caused the critical error
 * Also let your admin know to ask GoDaddy to investigate the missing WordPress 
   emails separately.
