Ok, we fixed this issue and pushed a new version 2.9.9.2, can you check now?
I have installed the 2.9.9.2 versio, but still my site stops working when the plugin is activated.
I’m also getting an error with 2.9.9.2 – It breaks the site completely and I have to disable the plugin via FTP.

Hi, we checked, there should be no errors with version 2.9.9.3 – make sure you use this version.

I updated to 2.9.9.3 and now the order I had marked as shipped has disappeared from the orders list!
If I disable the plugin the orders I have marked as delivered also disappear!
Any ideas?

Did you just started using the plugin on 2.9.9.1? or maybe set the Shipped Status on this version instead of doing rename for the completed status?
Check your AST settings and let me know.

I have been using AST for a little while now.
Settins are as follows:
Rename: ON
Default: ON
Email include: COMPLETED
Show Invoice: ON
Show Packing Slip: ON
