 * Recent WP versions can send mail on critical errors,
    this mail message contains
   exact error text, can you check your admin mail and provide error message mailed
   to you?
 * Otherwise looking at the end of error.log file (Your server’s PHP error log)

   for “Fatal” error can help. ——-
 * Providing your server information can be helpful for finding the problem too.

   Notably – PHP version.

 * Hello [@softwaregeek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/softwaregeek/)
 * I trust you’re doing well!
 * Please make sure all plugins and WordPress core version is up to date. Usually,
   fatal errors can occur if there is a conflict with a plugin or something that
   went wrong during the plugin’s installation.
 * First please try to re-install the plugin and see if the issue still there
 * If the error will be back, please run a test for a conflict on your site.
    –
   Deactivate all plugins, besides Smush, and see if all is well. – If there is
   no error, please start activating one plugin at a time, till the issue will be
   back.
 * This way you will find what plugin is causing this issue.
 * Before running this test, please have a full backup of your site, so if something
   will go wrong you may always restore it back.
 * As [@fierevere](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fierevere/) has suggested,
   please share with us the Fatal Errors that was emailed to you and the PHP version
   that is running on your site.
 * Kind regards,
    Nastia
