It has always been a really slow page to load (~ 30 seconds), but now trying to edit the page causes a critical error on the site, even in recovery mode. I can’t access it from the dashboard either. There is nothing else on the page. This can be helpful in determining how to fix the problem. My guess is that is it a php timeout on the script, there is a limit to the amount of time a script can run, and perhaps these queries are hitting that limit. * It may be that your best approach to avoiding the problem is to add a new page to the site, then add your shortcodes one by one with the intention of replacing the malfunctioning page with a new page on the site. * You may find there is a practical limit to the number of such shortcodes you can place on a page, depending on what your web server can handle.
