 * This error makes it seem like your WordPress installation is corrupted. If you’re
   not familiar with how to [re-install WordPress](https://kinsta.com/blog/reinstall-wordpress/),
   maybe contact your hosting provider and ask that they re-install the WP files
   for you. If you’ve made theme customizations using a child theme and/or have 
   file uploads, request they not over-write the wp-content folder. That is important.
   Everything else will remain secure in your mySQL database.
 * Always take backups of everything before proceeding.
