 * Apparently something went wrong during the update.
 * The following idea for the solution: download the WordPress ZIP here: [https://wordpress.org/download/](https://wordpress.org/download/)–
   unpack the file and upload the files that are directly in the main directory 
   and the directories wp-includes and wp-admin via FTP to your hosting. If you 
   need help with FTP connection, contact your hoster’s support.

   issue is resolved now i deleted all files except wp-config.php and wp-content
   and than reinstalled wordpress and it worked
