# Critical Error

 * Hello
    Installed version 5.9 now. Installation goes OK, but when I create a new
   backup I get a white screen with the message:
 * Er heeft zich een kritieke fout voorgedaan op deze site. Controleer uw inbox 
   van uw beheer e-mailadres voor instructies.
 * Meer informatie over probleemoplossing in WordPress.
 * There has been a critical error on the site. Check your inbox etc.
 * Any idea?

    There is that critical error but when I go back one page back (<-)
   the backup is created and shown. I also noted tthat this error is on one site,
   an other site is OK

 * Due to time out it will not showing complete process and show blank page.
 * Please increase max execution time and check.
 * For increases max execution time please contact hosting provider.
