  • Make sure you’re using PHP 5.5 or newer, otherwise DateTime is not available

Thanks, we are running PHP 7.4

    Hi @helliwells,

I suppose you still see the critical error, is that correct?

Have you tried temporarily switching to a default theme to see if the issue is related to something coded in the Divi theme you’re using?

    Hi Stef,

    Thanks, I’ll give that a shot…

    Hey Stef,

So it looks like it’s not Divi, something between WP-Job Manager and FastCGI?

    Thanks

    Hello @helliwells,

So it looks like it’s not Divi, something between WP-Job Manager and FastCGI?

How did you discover it, by turning off FastCGI, perhaps? Do you have any error messages or PHP error logs you can share?

    Hey Stef

Just by disabling the theme, we can’t turn off FastCGI, the hosting is with Flywheel.

are there any fixes we could try to that specific PHP line?

    Thanks for your time

    Karl

    Hi Karl,

Assisting with code is outside of the scope of the support that we can offer, per our support policy.

Did you try to completely remove the WP Job Manager plugin and reinstall it? Does it give the same error on reinstalling the plugin?
