This, most likely, is being caused by you having lots of attributes in WooCommerce. All of those attributes will be shown in the drop-downs on the field mapping page. When there are too many the website might run into a server configuration limitation when populating the drop-downs.
You can probably solve the issue by enabling this general plugin setting:

Can you give it a try and see if that solves the issue at hand for you?

And yes – that did the trick – Can I ask what that does specifically? Am I losing some setting?
You are now only getting the attributes in the drop-downs needed for your feed + the ones you created yourselves in WooCommerce that contains data.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
