Are you able to get the system report from the menu Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics? If you aren’t able to get it, please first check if one of your plugins is in the list of known incompatible plugins: [https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/which-plugins-is-matomo-for-wordpress-known-to-be-not-compatible-with/](https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/which-plugins-is-matomo-for-wordpress-known-to-be-not-compatible-with/) if you have none of them, maybe this is an unknown one. Without having the full list of your installed plugins it’s impossible to identify which one is responsible of this problem. If you do not want to investigate, you can still choose to switch to matomo on premise with the wp-piwik plugin.
