  • We are having same issue, but I created a new support post since ours is a fatal error. Did you resolve yours? It seems that the plugin developer does not provide support via the WordPress forums.

    No, the problem has not been resolved and I contacted the developer and they said they would look into it. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing. Their tech support seems to be lacking.
