# Critical Error

 * I have been using your plugin for quite some time and never had an issue until
   today. It is causing a critical error or white screen of death on my new website.
   Any help is appreciated.

 * Judging by what I see in source code for your page, it looks like you’re using
   the [Litespeed cache plugin](https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/).
 * That is quite possibly creating a conflict with Hummingbird.
 * However, if you did not have that plugin active when the critical error appeared
   on your site, then it is more likely due to either of the following:
 * – some other plugin recently installed or updated on that site
    – a faulty update
   of Hummingbird
 * In either case, I’d recommend deactivating all other plugins and reinstalling
   a fresh up-to-date copy of Hummingbird. Then check for any issues.
 * If things work as they should, and I suspect they will, begin reactivating plugins
   one by one, and check for issues again with each reactivation.
 * Once the issue reappears, if it does, then you’ll have found the conflicting 
   plugin, and we can proceed from there.
