    Hi!

    We have a site where we sell online courses. Till this morning it was working ok and we could sell the courses using learnpress>learnpress-woocommerce integration>woocommerce> mercado pago.
    But now we’re recieving this error:

    And our products also are marked as “invalid product” so we can no longer sell the courses through our site.

    Did you try contacting the authors of LearnPress and/or MercadoPago for this?

    Make sure you’re using the most recent versions of both plugins, they might have released updates for WooCommerce 4.4.

    Hi there!

    Yes, we did try updating Mercado Pago and Woocommerce and it was such a mess. The site stop working so many times I can not count.
    Mercado Pago never gives anyone an answer is the worst plugin ever.
    But it was strange that any update for WooCommerce make the site literaly died. We have to install and old version to keep it online.
    We don’t know what the problem is but all we recived are critical errors.

    We’ll wait a few days and try it again and see if we can update them finally.

    Hi there,
    I hope that you have managed to resolve the issue.
    If not I suggest that you proceed to test for conflicts as follows:

    Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront (https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/) or TwentyNineteen (https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/) Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

    If doing this on your live site is not possible, can you create a duplicate site? We suggest using WP Staging (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/) if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.
