Critical Error

I got this message that this plugin cannot be turned on because it caused a critical error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare youtube_shortcode() (previously declared in :8) in /wp-content/plugins/wp-js-impress/inc/shortcode.php on line 76

Any ideas?
