Crital Issue with Google to bad URL
-
I have deleted a prior version of WP that I had and created a completely new one and a few of the files that were in old RSS feeds still have active URLs despite deleting the database in my server, the URL is still active.
I have installed WP Cache in hopes this would clear the issue but this did not help.
I do have a redirect for 404/301 errors but the URLs in question do not produce 301 errors, they show RSS data.
I am considering to do a redirect of the URL as there are only 2 URLs at the moment but my concern is that there may be more that have yet to be discovered.
Does anyone have an idea what the cause would be and possible fixes?
What would the actual code need to be in htaccess in order to forward these two URLs?
The desired destination of the redirect is “http://immfinancial.com” and the URLs to redirect are:
1) http://www.immfinancial.com/2011/whistle-blowing-becoming-a-new-growth-industry-on-wall-street-amid-phony-stress-tests/feed/
2) http://www.immfinancial.com/2009/how-to-import-from-china/feed/Thank you for your attention.
