# Crisis – help needed

 * Whenever I attempt to access admin I get the following message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/craftki1/public_html/
   221bmagazine.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-report-posts/wp-report-posts.php on 
   line 353
 * This has been the case ever since I attempted to install the plugin mentioned
   in the message.
 * Is there anything I can do or have I broken my website?

 * You will need to use FTP to access the files on your Web server (if you don’t
   know your FTP information, please contact your Web host for that info). More 
   [information about using FTP with WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   can be found in the codex.
 * Once you get into your Web server with FTP, you will need to find the wp-content/
   plugins/ directory, then delete the “wp-report-posts” folder. That should get
   your WordPress working properly again.
