Support » Plugin: Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin » Crippled out the box

  • Truly a sad plugin. Doesn’t update events from your google calendar for hours, which, by the way, is the only thing this plugin is advertised to do. Won’t let you navigate more than a month out. Supposedly there’s settings for this stuff, but they don’t show up on Bluehost. Maybe they do for some other site? If so, that’s great, but you should know this one is severely lacking.

  • I honestly do not know if it is worthwhile to explain something to you and actually I should not care. But while searching for a calendar plugin I was put off by the bad reviews and now I think some of them are the result off simple inability. Here again the proof that everything works for me!

I hope you are aware that of course you can only scroll as far as there are events in the calendar. It could of course be the problem with your hoster, but my feeling tells me it’s up to the user.

If you find another plugin with which you can navigate faster, let me know.

    Greetings Klagstein.

Yeah, that’s enough explanations. The continuous insinuations that I’m not seeing what I’m seeing are getting kind of old. It works for you, you wrote a rave review. It doesn’t work at all in my environment, that’s where my review comes from. That’s how it works. If I wrote software that worked in some places under certain conditions–well I would no longer be writing software.
