I’m new to wordpress and come here for help after struggling 2 days for 11 hours attempting to remove a header space from the page link I’ve provided. Can anyone please provide detailed instructions with guidance on this issue?

  • Hi @jeisonc83

Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry to hear about the amount of time you’ve lost trying to solve this, we’ll be glad to help get you back on track.

Normally, the “Skip to Content” and “Toggle Menu” links are hidden except for your visitors that use a Screen Reader for accessibility.

From what I can tell by looking at your site, it looks like the Coming Soon plugin is preventing Crio’s normal styles from being loaded, which is why those links are showing.

Coming Soon is supposed to replace your entire page with its own style and page, but it looks like what is actually happening is a mixture of both Crio and Coming Soon.

Coming Soon also has an option for running in Isolation Mode, but in my testing that didn’t solve the problem.

So, with that in mind, I’d recommend either designing your Menu Page using the WordPress Editor (or the BoldGrid Post and Page Builder), or switching to a default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty-One if you prefer to stick with the Coming Soon landing page builder.

Hello Jesse, I need to sincerely thank you for your kind assistance. It was soul crushing to be stuck for so long and I am sincerely grateful. I switched my theme to TwentyTwentyOne and walah, I’m back on track.

Thank you for taking your time to stop and help.

    Best,
    Jason
