    Hi Konstantin Kovshenin,

    Thanks for the theme, lovely clean responsive layout.

    I have asked the question elsewhere and am getting mixed responses- so thought it would be best to ask you directly.

    Where do I stand in terms of attaching my name to a website I have created (using your theme) but changed the design/color scheme myself with code. Am I ok to put my name to credit the design and yourself for the structure. If this is viable please let me know.

    The last thing I want to be doing is unlawfully taking credit for your work, as I find the theme very useful.

    Hi. It’s okay to remove my credit from the footer link in the theme, but it’s not okay to remove the copyright notices from the style.css file as well as the license file if provided. If you plan to distribute the theme to third-parties, clients, etc., you should also inherit the GPL license and pass on the rights.
