Creditcard is not displayed

    Hi,

    When customers pay with creditcard this is not stated on the invoice.
    Other paymentmethodes such as iDeal(Netherlands)or PayPal are.
    In the invoice behind paymetmethode the input is empty when paying with creditcard.

    I use:
    – WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips 2.1.3
    – WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Premium Templates 2.5.5
    – WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional 2.1.1
    – WC 3.2.6
    – PHP 5.6.32

    Can you help me with this?

    Hello Peter,
    If all other payment methods display correctly, then I think this may be an issue with the payment gateway rather than the PDF invoice plugin. Can you check if the payment method is displayed on the top of the order details page?

    Hi Ewout,

    No the payment method is not displayed there when paying with creditcard.
    Orders paid with other methodes are. On the orderconfirmation creditcard payments are displayed. Is this an issue with the payment gateway (MultiSafePay)?

    Yes, if this is not displayed in WooCommerce either, it’s most likely the gateway. I recommend contacting MultiSafePay support with this question, they should be able to help!
