    Hi @perties,

Did you create this order on the backend? Or was it submitted on the front end?

Store credit is applied as a negative fee so you may need to hit recalculate totals after applying on the backend.

This was regula front and order. I added the credit manually in admin page.

    Thanks @perties,

So the user already had some store credit? If so this must be applied during checkout. We don’t support adding it on the backend just yet. I’ll raise this as a feature request.

If they didn’t have some store credit yet and you were attempting to grant them some manually you can do so via the Store Credit dashboard.

Here’s our guide in store credit which explains how to do an admin adjustment:

I appreciate you testing this out as an early user and thanks for the improvement ideas!

It was all done the same way as described in documentation. I tested it again and it did not work. I had to turn off the store credit feature – it cannot be used.

Thanks for the reply @perties – looks like we have an outstanding bug for this. It’s only when you press the recalculate button (which is what you’re meant to do normally) that it will not apply the store credit to the total.

We’ll have a fix out very soon.
