    Hi there,

    I have a strange one here. I am running a multisite, so the same plugins, themes and setup on both.

    On one, the woocommerce payments are still working just fine.

    On the other, in payment settings under payment methods accepted on checkout, the box for Credit card/ debit card is now unchecked, and I cannot select it (When I hover over the box I get a circle with a line through symbol).

    I did try uninstalling all non essential plugins and swapping the theme, but that made no difference. I didn’t really expect it to as the other site is not experiencing the same issue, and as mentioned, they’re a multisite installation they both run off the same plugins etc.

    I’m really not sure what else to try. Stripe express is still connected and active, so I don’t think it’s anything to do with that.

    I saw @gjsouthwell had the same issue around 6 weeks ago but it seems it resolved itself.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I contacted Woocommerce support (support@woocommerce.com), and they were extremely helpful. Ultimately, I gave them login access, and they disabled all WooCommerce Payments payment methods, and then re-enabled them, and mysteriously the problem resolved itself (they didn’t know why). So if you’ve already tried that, then I recommend contacting WooCommerce support, and they’ll talk you through troubleshooting – they really were excellent. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.

    thanks so much for coming back to me on this.

    I had tried that but I just tried again on the off chance. Still no luck, unfortunately. I have created a ticket but so far not had any response. I’m hoping they will come back soon.
