    Hi,

    I’m using the PayPal Gateway by Easy Payment plugin on my WooCommerce site, and I’m facing an issue where the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option doesn’t appear on the checkout page.

    Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

    • Enabled and disabled the PayPal payment option multiple times
    • Verified my PayPal Business account is active and working
    • Cleared all caches and browser cookies
    • Tested both sandbox and live modes
    • Reconnected my PayPal API credentials
    • Tried a different theme to rule out styling or template conflicts

    Still, only the “Pay with PayPal” button shows — there’s no direct card option at checkout.

    Hello @mustafashakhy,

    I checked your website and found that our plugin is currently not active. However, I noticed a JavaScript error generated by the Auxin Shop plugin, which is likely preventing the credit/debit card button from loading properly.

    Please try disabling the Auxin Shop plugin and then re-enable and test our plugin again — the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option should appear correctly after that.

    your plugin is activated, and i don’t have any plugin installed called Auxin Shop

    i tried changing theme and same error, auxin shop was in theme i changed it face same error.

    Hello @mustafashakhy,

    To use Advanced Card Payments, ensure your PayPal account is eligible and enabled:

    1. Visit developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials → API Credentials.
    2. Click your App Name.
    3. Under “Features” → Accept Payments, check if “Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments” is enabled.
    4. If missing, your account or region may not support it.
      If Advanced Card Payments isn’t available
      You can still display the standard PayPal Card button by following these steps:
      Disable Advanced Card Payments from your plugin settings.
      Go to PayPal Settings → Checkout Page → Use Place Order Button, and disable this option as well.
      After disabling both options, a black “Credit or Debit Card” button will appear on your checkout page, allowing customers to pay using their cards through PayPal.
