Credit Card Payment Options

After adding something to the cart and going to the checkout page the stripe payment options are not available. I think this has actually been an issue for a long time since wordpress 5.5 was installed. All plugins and themes are up to date and there is no helpful information in the browser console. In the woocommerce status page it says WooCommerce Stripe Gateway by WooCommerce – 4.5.2 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.5.2. I tried looking for an older version of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. There is a link on this page for older versions but there are no older versions there.

Hey there!

When we see this kind of issue (with the card fields crunched or not loaded), this is almost always a plugin or theme that is not working properly and causing JavaScript errors.

This is the case on your site. The theme you are using is causing many errors on the checkout page which prevents JavaScript (like the Stripe fields) from working properly.

I would do one of a few things:

contact the maker of the theme for a fix
Use a new theme
Try to debug their theme yourself and fix the JS issues.
