I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing, this may possibly be due to your country of origin not supporting your payment gateway.

Hi Andrew,
thank you for your messsage and the link to the other ticket. It does seeem like the same issue, but my client is in Germany and I am in New Zealand and we both see the message. I don’t think Paypal is not accepting IPs from both those countries.
Any other clues?

Only your server’s account and merchant details with PayPal.
Can you tell me what PayPal flavor you are using on your membership site?

Both are located in Germany.
The server in question is connected to ‘https://beyondme.club’ and the PayPal account is also registered to a German person & address.
We are using ‘PayPal Website Payments Pro’ and this is working for PayPal payments so far, but it is vital that regular Creditcard payments are also accepted.

PayPal Website Payments Pro is restricted to US, UK, and Canada merchants only. PayPal Express (which is part of PayPal Website Payments Pro) has lesser restrictions.
