Hello, Is it possible to add the payment method with credit card but without paypal? I do not see this option anywhere.

No, PayPal doesn’t support this option anymore.

Please check out my other plugin that can do this however: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-paypal-add-on/
