Credit card option missing when country “Netherlands” is selected

    Mollie Payments for WooCommerce – 5.4.2
    WooCommerce – 3.9.2
    Theme Storefront – 2.5.5

    Tested with other plugins disabled.

    Default shop currency: Euro

    In our shop the payment method “Credit card” is missing when the country “Netherlands” is selected on the shipping page. When selecting another country the method reappears.

    BTW, the method “credit card” with the country “Netherlands” is visible when I delete all “Standard” tax rates in Woocommerce.

    I’ve selected the option “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”. When I select “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” and add “Standard” tax rates, the method “credit card” is visible.

    I found the problem. The reason that the creditcard method diseapears is because of the credit card limit that is set by Mollie. I contacted Mollie about this.
