    Hi @nextgenspeed,

Sorry to hear about the troubles!

It looks like there is a theme or plugin conflict on your site.

You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Twenty Seventeen Theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/).
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce & plugin in question.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.

Please note that switching to another theme will not delete data and you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.

Switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins is the first step in troubleshooting issues. That allows us to target the issue quickly.

If you don’t want to troubleshoot issues on the live site, you can create a staging site. If your hosting company doesn’t provide one, you can use a free plugin such as **WP Staging** to create one:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

Please let us know how it goes once you are done with testing.

Thanks and looking forward to your reply!

    Hi there,

I have same issue, one day stop working. I tried the troubleshooting you suggest, but nothing works.

I’ve also deleting the plugin, reinstalling and reconecting. All the same.

I found something weird, when I’m using Customizer for Checkout page, input fields are working fine, but once you back to published page, I get the issue again.

Please, our users are not able to make transactions directly to credit card (without using Paypal). Please, check it yourself: https://www.arhusfoods.com/checkout/

    Hi @nextgenspeed,

We haven’t heard from you in a while. I presume you’ve been able to resolve the situation.

@gonzalo_ar, I just looked at your site and I am able to input credit card details without any issues as you can see from this screenshot – http://cld.wthms.co/sRJiwU.

I presume you’ve also got this covered. Do let us know if that isn’t the case.

I am still having the issue. I just changed it to Stripe as I can not go long without my credit card input not working. I missed out on many orders for the days it was not working

    Hi @nextgenspeed

I tried testing your checkout process to see what about your site could be causing this to fail, however, it appears you may have deactivated the plugin entirely. That said, try confirming the keys from Braintree are correct:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/#section-10

You may want to also confirm that PayPal is properly connected to Braintree using these steps:

    1. Log into the Control Panel
    2. Navigate to Settings > Processing > PayPal
    3. Click the toggle to access the Accept PayPal options page
    4. Click the Log In with PayPal button
    5. Enter your PayPal login credentials and click Log In
    6. Enter the URLs to your website’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in the fields provided
    7. Click Submit

If you reactivate the plugin again let us know can we can check if the console returns any specific errors.

    Thanks again,
