On the checkout page of my website under the normal billing address fields there has appeared a card number, expiry MM/YY and CCC field (and also a Create Account tickbox).

I am using Stripe for payments and the card fields are further down the page where they should be. The card fields under the billing address are a duplicate.

I’ve looked at the Checkout section of the Woocommerce settings and under Billing where it lists the billing fields the card fields are not there.

How can I get rid of them?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @andrewanzat,

Upon inspecting the code on your checkout page it seems that those extra fields were added via your Avada theme.

According to the theme documentation, you can add payment elements on the checkout.

I would recommend reaching out to your theme authors and ask how to remove those fields from the checkout billing details. You can submit a ticket here:

    Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me Mirko P. I understand what you are saying but I don’t believe it’s the theme.

I’ve tried using the Storefront theme and I get the same result!

I’ve managed to get rid of the fields by taking a backup of the database, deleting the Woocommerce plugin, restoring the database and then reinstalling the Woocommerce plugin.

In case anybody else gets a similar problem.
