this is the first issue. Our site checkout behaviour is now putting the credit card fields on a separate screen /checkout/order-pay/33805/?key=wc_order_vpelU9vEDPrLf

The credit card input fields should be on this screen as per http://www.liquorworld.com.au/checkout/

The second issue is once a user goes from /checkout/ to /checkout/order-pay/33805/?key=wc_order_vpelU9vEDPrLf the order is sent through to woocommerce as “pending payment”. the issue is orders should be sent to woocommerce only once valid credit card details have been entered and order has been submitted for processing.

if we can get issue 1 fixed we wont need to worry about issue 2.

    cheers

    Hi @dfhectik

I’m happy to assist you with this.

By default, when you use eWay for processing credit card payments, you should see Place Order button in your checkout page. Upon clicking the same, you see a page like this, where the customer can make the payment, after entering the credit card details:

I see your point. What you suggest would need the eWay extension to be modified quite a bit. We’ve marked this internally as an enhancement to our extension. We already have this listed as a feature request for eWay in our Ideas board. Please feel free to go over there, and vote for the same, to have this implemented. You’ll also find a workaround suggested by one of our customers to implement this feature over there (we haven’t tested that code though).

I hope that guides you in the right direction.
