    I am a Pro user.

Occasionally i may have to deactivate all my plugins to troubleshoot an issue,

The problem with this plugin is that it doesn't store the credentials if this happens. Unfortunately when I first purchased this I had uploaded a bunch of pages and re-edited them after deactivation and reactivation my plugins assuming ping list pro was working int he background when in wasn't.

Please contact the developer directly about any paid version support issues. These forums are only for free versions.

  3. If you are a customer of that plugin author then you should be able to access that support for the paid version via this link.

    It's from the author's site.
