    Hi, this might be due to your theme.

    Just for testing purposes can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen. Let me know how you go.

    I looked through other posts and found a code snippet that I added to just remove the preview from the page (Under Customizer).

    .aff-wrap #previewButton{
    display:none;
    }

    It didn’t solve it, just eliminated the option from the page (which I miss).
