# Creating Users & Roles

 * Hi All,
    Hi Vasyl,
 * Probably a beginner’s issue, but after installing AAM 3.6 & pruchasing a license,
   I don’t seem to have any kind of buttons to create Roles or Users.
 * I only have the Administrator Role active in the Access Control Panel, but I 
   do not wish to make any changes for this Role because Admin should have all access.
   
   I’ve been looking for documentation and support but this is limited.
 * Do I need to enable anything before I can start setting up users and roles ?

 * Appreciate your question. It seams like you have some sort of javascript error.
   This is how AAM [should look like out-of-box](https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/screenshots/).
   As you can see, list of all roles are on the right.
 * Deactivate all your plugins and switch to default theme and figure out what plugin
   or theme causes this issue.

 * Thanks for your reply.
 * I deactivated and reactivated all plugins as you requested and the problem seems
   to be with the plugin **WP Booking System**.
    Plugin otherwise works fine
 * I suppose I need to contact them to get a possible fix ? Or is this a possible
   issue whithin AAM that you need to look at ?

 * Hi **Gino**,
 * Appreciate your update. You would have to contact them and explain that they 
   should not print unnecessary JavaScript and CSS libraries to global scope if 
   their plugin is not used. That causes a JS and CSS conflict with other plugins.

 * Hello Vasyl,
    Greetings,
 * I’ve given Editor role permission to create, edit, delete & remove users. Now
   I want to customise it to allow only to create, edit, delete users for role below
   editor and not editor.
 * can you please help me on this.
