# Creating Question/Answer Wizard

 * I want to create a wizard (that’s probably not the right word for it) to put 
   in one of my WordPress pages. I’m hoping there is a plugin that will help me 
   do this. Here’s what I need to do:
 * There’s something called a ‘communications plan’. In an excel sheet, it’s as 
   simple as a grid that shows HOW you want to communicate with someone (ie email,
   phone, television commercial, etc), WHAT you want to communicate (talk about 
   apples, oranges, etc), and WHEN you want to communicate (Monday, 7/21, October,
   etc.)
 * I want to be able to prompt someone with questions, and this ‘wizard’ take the
   information and plug it into the pre-made grid. So when you get to the last question,
   and hit submit, the final result shows the organized information that was submitted
   from the questions.
 * I greatly appreciate any guidance!! I have no idea where to start. Hopefully 
   there is a plugin to help me construct this.
