Creating posts for WP site converted from HTML

    Hi folks,
    I have recently received a wordpress site possibly converted from html. This wordpress site contains only html pasted as content pages. I have a page where hotels are displays in rows, 3 in each row. Each hotel is setup in a li tag consisting of a thumbnail, heading, description and a link.
    I need to make this section of the page dynamic wherein content editors can just add a new ‘post’ and it displays in this page after its published.

    I may have other pages with similar requirement.
    Need your help in providing direction in going about this requirement(template, posts, categories…)
