   on the right.
 * How do I create a new section on the right and reference it from the theme?
 * Right now there is:
 * right sidebar
    footer siderbar 1: left column footer siderbar 1: middle column
   footer siderbar 1: right column column
 * I’d like to create:
 * header and index page
