Hello David,
Thank you for the question.
Do you mean you can see the WPTables in the admin dashboard, but cannot add a new table (https://goo.gl/ah3dNM) and there is some error after clicking Create Table
?

Ian

Any respond would be great.
Thank you

Hello David,
I have tried to reproduce this issue in my test environment, but still unsuccessfully.
So, I am kindly asking you to provide additional information:
- What is your PHP and WordPress versions?
- To what URL you are redirected by clicking
Create table
button?
- Do you have a chance to test WPTables in “clean” WP installation? I mean, it is very likely that there is some compatibility issue with other plugins, so it may require disabling all plugins, test WPTables, and then enable other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes the issue.
I appreciate your help finding the cause.
Thanks,
Ian
Hi Ian, the redirect go to wp-admin/admin-post.php link.
I Deactivate all the plugins except WordPress Tables but the result is the same.
Currently, have no time to try in a clean environment and I have no doubt that this will work but I need the table to work here on this page.
Best regards
David

Hello David,
Thank you for providing such detailed information.
wp-admin/admin-post.php
is a standard WP endpoint and shouldn’t return 404.
I have tried numerous ways to recreate the problem, but still without success.
So, I assume it is a very specific issue and it can be connected to the site/server configuration or something else.
The only help I can offer you now is to request a temporary admin access to have a quick look at your website (you can contact me privately by email: ian.sadovy@gmail.com).
If it’s not an option, then I can recommend you to try other tables plugins, such as TablePress or Ninja Tables.
Regards,
Ian
