    Hello,

We are trying to create a replenishment flow to nudge customers into restocking their items.

We sell supplements so there are thousands of products and we have about 30 different timeframes for people to replenish.

To do this, we would like to group each supplement into “Product Replenishment Time” property/category so that we send the right emails out at the right time.

Is there a way to create a New Property in WooCommerce that can then be pulled into Klaviyo and used as a Flow Filter, Trigger Filter or in Conditional Splits?

    Thanks

    Hi @advancedmammal

You should be able to use a product’s categories in order to achieve this e.g. add a category 30day to supplement A.

One thing to note, if a customer orders multiple products and they have different replenishment windows you will have more than one replenishment category listed in your Placed Order event’s “Categories” property list. For this reason, you may instead want to trigger your flow using the Ordered Product event which corresponds to a single product that was ordered.

Additionally, please remember that updating the categories on your products will only be reflected in Klaviyo event data for orders placed after you make this update.

For further support on implementing this flow I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team as they can work more closely with you and your specific account. To contact our support please click the “Support” button in the top right corner of your account or navigate to https://www.klaviyo.com/support.

    Best,
    Scott
