 * I would like to know how I can set up the menu because in link I gave you. It
   only shows my social protiles.
 * I am in header settings, is it where I can set up a menu.

 * I think the AMP menu option is not enabled from menus.
 * Can you please enable the AMP menu option and check id the menu item appearing
   or not.
 * Follow the below setting to AMP menu option.
 * Appearance>menus>AMP menu
