  • Hey there – welcome to WordPress! It’s very powerful but yeah, there can be a bit of a learning curve. You have a lot going on at once with that site so what I recommend is you figure out the implementation of one piece at a time. In other words, de-activate all the other plugins except for PMPro, and get that working. Then add in the others that you need one by one. (Maybe do TML next, then figure out if you want BuddyPress or bbPress, and then add on WooCommerce – just a suggestion.) I think you have conflicts with the different sign-up mechanisms that those different plugins use, so stripping it back and getting each piece set up individually will help.

Thank you essaysnark! I will try creating it bit by bit then go from there and keep this thread updated. If I should encounter anymore problems, I’ll post it here. Much appreciated!

With all plugins that could be tampering with pmpro being inactive, I am still receiving the same problem.

After going to the website, activeattraction.net, and clicking the button “join us for FREE” it directs you to the membership levels page.

Once you pcik your membership level, it then takes you to “membership checkout”

But you CAN’T checkout unless you are logged in.

Please, if someone has experienced similar problems or knows the solution, share!

    Much thanks

Try switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyFifteen and see if it still happens. If so then it’s in the theme; if not then try deleting the PMPro Membership pages and re-generating them.

Wow, it IS the theme. I paid for this theme to:/

I have no idea how to customize the theme so that it works like the other themes do. Any suggestions?

THANK YOU so much for helping me thus far essaysnark!!

Again, it looks like you resolved this by getting your levels page setup. So just going to mark the thread as resolved.
