# Creating forms with Lightbox

 * I have ChimpMate and am wanting to set up a popup subscription modal with MailChimp.
   When I go to the Lightbox settings all I see is “Custom Form” with one form. 
   Do I add fields to this in WordPress or do I go through MailChimp? I looked through
   MailChimp but did not see find a corresponding Custom Forms options.

 * You have an edit button against your form. When you click it, chimpmate will 
   fetch all fields configured in MailChimp. you can add them induvidually using
   the interface.
