Creating custom urls for dynamic urls

    I have a page which (for navigation sake) has a lot of dynamic links like this:

    category/?side=left&type=red&section=13

    Is there a way (a plugin perhaps) with which I can change these urls in something like category/red-roses-london (or whatever…)
