 * Okay, I am using FileZilla. My site is hosted by WebHostingHub.com so I don’t
   have WordPress downloaded to my PC. How exactly do I put a properly formatted
   style.css file in my directory?

 * You would need to use a [text editor](http://codex.wordpress.org/Glossary#Text_editor)
   to create the new file and then upload via FTP to the new child theme directory.
