# Creating chatroom

 * I have logged into my account but seem not to be able to create a chatroom. I
   am the administrator. Is the administrator only one allowed to created chat room?
 * Also I am currently using the Exciter them and wanted to associate various categories
   with a specific chatroom. Is that possible?
 * with the Exciter them, the category that is created, can open into a new page.
   I’d liked that new category to open to specific chatroom.

 * I apologize for the delay.
 * Administrator and Operators (you can set a user as Operator from the dashboard)
   are both able to create Chatrooms!
 * Currently chatrooms are only at website level, but of course we’ll add APIs to
   handle more complex scenarios.

 * Currently I am using chat widget called chatwing and I just see it works on my
   website properly.
