# Creating Assessment Form

 * I have a very basic understanding of wordpress and its functionalities – It was
   suggested to me that I check out the forum to see if I can find a solution to
   my ‘how to’ question…
 * I want to create a form that is used as an assessment – for instance, it has 
   a list of skills and you can check which ones you have. At the end of the form
   I want the results to either be sent to the survey taker, or they are able to
   print them out.
 * The ONLY data I’m really concerned with for myself is how many people have taken
   the assessment – their responses need to go to them as that is the point of the
   assessment, to help them think through what they have.
 * I’m about to buy a domain and would install WordPress on the site if there was
   a plug-in/easy way to build this…
 * Oh..and I need this functional by Monday Feb 25…

 * I would look into Gravity Forms. It’s a premium paid plugin, but I’m 99% sure
   you can do what you are looking for.
