    I have purchased Woocommerce Box Office. I have also set up Square and PayPal. When I create a ticket in the admin section, under create ticket, and click on customer payment page, there is no option for paying using the Square Google Pay or Apple Pay.

    Hi there,

    It looks like that you actually need help with our WooCommerce Box Office plugin making sure that it is fully compatible with WooCommerce Square and PayPal as it doesn’t show the Google Pay or Apple Pay options currently for you.

    I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue and it worked as expected from my end. You can see it from here showing both options: https://d.pr/i/L7Naf1/A9PUlxc39N

    Still, as it’s one of our commercial/paid plugins, we are not supposed to provide support for it on the WordPress.org public forums. In this case, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

    That is actually the front-end.

    In the admin section of WordPress there is the ability to create a ticket purchase. To complete the order, you are directed to a customer payment page. On that page you can only pay using PayPal. You can’t use Square. It is unavailable.

    I see that it happens when you create a manual order on WooCommerce and it’s not directly related to WooCommerce Box Office.

    With that in mind, I opened an issue internally for Square, so we will be able to check it further and get back to you in the following weeks.

    We released an update for Square, please update to it (ver. 4.2.1). Watch for this issue to be resolved in a future update as our developers work on it.
