Creating a set of product specifications

    Hello,

    have some similar products with the same technical specificationtypes (e.g. Number of x, kind of y). The x and y are different from product to product.

    What I’m looking for: a predefined set of attributes I can assign to a product. After assigning I want to set the technical spec. But without adding a new product property for every specification, where I risk to forget one, creating it in the wrong order (some kind of inconsistent) and so on.

    So I want to assign “product type xxx” to a product and get a predefinged mask of product properties to fill out.

    Hi,

    This functionality is not available; however, you can create a draft ‘base product’ and instead of using ‘add product’ you can duplicate it from the admin section. This will give you a consistant template to start from.
